Alma Haertlein

Alma Haertlein is an artist and Associate Professor of art at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas. She received an MFA in studio art from University of Texas at San Antonio, San Antonio,Texas, an MA in agriculture from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and a BFA in art from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Nebraska. She was the director of the Texas A&M International University Fine and Performing Arts Gallery from 2004 to 2011.

 

Her art work has been shown in many galleries and museums such as the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art, the San Antonio Museum of Art, Amarillo Museum of Art, Austin Museum of Art and Women and Their Work, Austin, Texas.
